Clear and brilliant soft golden color shows a bit of depth and on the nose is laced with apricots, peaches and citrus. Upon sipping the wine is just as you would expect of a fine Sauvignon Blanc with crispness and citrus holding court as pineapple and dried apricots wander in. It was Estate Grown on our own vineyard and picked at perfection in mid September 2007. Only 100 cases made.
